• MHI MicroHotKnife™ model: HK-11 is designed to cut polythene films at speeds up to 1.2 ft/s. • The element has been designed to withstand rapid heat & cool cycles, in order to heat & cool instantaneously. • Easy to operate for production. • HK-11 is assembled with FiberFree™ ceramic enclosure and connectors. • Heated knife edge curved length 6 mm (not including taper). • Heated length 40 mm (including taper). • Over all approximate dimensions: 65 mm x 65 mm x 45 mm. • Cutting power delivered to the knife edge is infinitely controlled using MHI electronic control system BPAN-O-2010™. The controller interfaces with SCR for smooth power control and protection. • Operates on AC, 120 Volts, 1 ph, 60 Hz. • Excellent after-sales service. |
