In order to streamline Support/ Rep requests and better serve you, we utilize a ticket system. Every Support/ Rep request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your Support/ Rep requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
You should expect to hear back from us within 48 working hours during regular business days. If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please try calling us at 513-772-0404 or faxing at 513-672-3333. We look forward to serving you promptly.
