MHI-DACS™

The MHI Data Acquisition and Control Software offers unparalleled control and data management many MHI devices, including Furnaces, Robust Radiators, Thermoplates, Airtorch™ and Microheaters. It is powerful enough to remotely turn ON/OFF your MHI furnaces, download data, create cycle programs, provide graphical analysis and monitor and manage up to 12 MHI heating devices. DACS software is simple to use and easily connects to your COM/serial port with no need for additional hardware. (system requirements).

MHI-8DATALOG Module can be used with MHI DACS or as a stand-alone data acquisition unit. When used with MHI DACS, the MHI-8DATALOG module allows for the monitoring of 8 additional thermocouples in the application or process. When MHI-8DATALOG is used as a stand alone device, it can record data from 8 unique thermocouples and present the data graphically.

CEC

Ceramic Plugs to fit OD and ID of furnace tube. Please specify tube OD and ID and specify Type A (Plug) or Type B "with Lip". Ceramic plugs prevent heat leakage.

VCA

Metallic End Caps. Please specify tube OD and ID*. Maximum pressure: 25 psi. Maximum vacuums: 5 x 10-4 torr VCA may be used instead of 2DC.

2DC

Quick disconnect gas/atmosphere attachment connector. Please specify tube OD and ID*. Maximum pressure: 20 psi. Maximum vacuums: 5 x 10-4 torr 2DC may be used instead of VCA.
