What Makes Airtorch™ Special?

The Airtorch™ produces convective heat to 2200°F or more without pollution (no combustion products, very little noise etc.) . Powered by electricity, it provides high efficiency over conventional gas ovens.*

What Does This Mean For Heat Treaters?

Consider the Airtorch's™ (Airtorch™ 6.5/10.5kW models) high power and superior uniformity. A batch, conveyor, or continuous pusher furnace utilizing our technology will allow (see picture below) heat treaters to process more parts faster, with substantially less part failure caused by non-uniform furnaces (see articles section).
